At VibeGram, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests received after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally not eligible for refunds on completed services.

Refunds Allowed For:

• ✅ Accidental charges — Unauthorized or mistaken payments
• ✅ Billing errors — Incorrect amount charged due to system error
• ✅ Services not yet started — If we have not begun work on your SEO/marketing project

Non-Refundable Services

• ❌ Completed SEO optimization work
• ❌ Delivered backlink building campaigns
• ❌ Finished website audits or marketing reports
• ❌ Any digital service that has been fully delivered as described
• ❌ Subscription fees for months already billed (unless cancellation requested before renewal)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@vibegram.co.in with:

• Your full name and email used for the transaction
• Transaction ID or payment receipt
• Reason for refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, Stripe).

Cancellation Policy

For recurring subscription plans, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but previous months are non-refundable.
