VibeGram sells AI Credits, a digital product. AI Credits are considered delivered immediately after successful payment and are generally non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by applicable law or in the specific cases described below.
Eligible for a Refund
- Duplicate purchases of the same credit package within a short window.
- Technical issues on our end that prevented credits from being delivered after payment.
- Accidental double charges caused by a checkout/payment processor error.
- Fraudulent transactions, once verified through our standard investigation process.
Not Eligible for a Refund
- Credits that have already been used to run an AI tool or generate content.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output (see our AI Content Disclaimer โ outputs can vary and are not guaranteed).
- Change of mind after credits have been successfully delivered to your account.
- Subscription billing periods that have already elapsed or been partially used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@vibegram.ai within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 2โ3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) and may take 5โ10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first โ most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a formal chargeback. Filing a chargeback for credits that have already been delivered and used may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
Subscriptions
Where subscription plans are offered, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
