Credit Purchases
Credit packages are purchased as one-time payments via PayPal or Stripe, processed through our WooCommerce checkout. Credits are added to your account balance immediately upon confirmed payment.
Subscriptions (Where Offered)
If a subscription plan is available, it will renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout (e.g. monthly or yearly) using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You can view your next billing date and cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard.
Payment Failures
If a renewal payment fails, we (or our payment processor) may retry the charge automatically. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and associated benefits suspended until payment is resolved.
Taxes
Prices shown may or may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST depending on your location; where required, tax is calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback โ see our Refund Policy for how to request a refund directly. Chargebacks on credits that have already been delivered and used may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from My Account โ Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refund is issued unless required by law.
Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency configured in our store settings. If you pay in a different currency, your bank or payment processor may apply a conversion rate and/or foreign transaction fee outside our control.
