How We Protect Your Data
- All traffic to VibeGram is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
- Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing โ we never store or can retrieve your plain-text password.
- Payment card data is handled entirely by PCI-DSS-compliant processors (PayPal, Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Administrative access to the platform is restricted, and the built-in theme/plugin file editor is disabled to reduce attack surface.
- Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) using WordPress nonces, and contact forms include spam-trap protection.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability on VibeGram, please report it privately to support@vibegram.ai rather than disclosing it publicly. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge your report and work to resolve valid issues promptly; we ask that you avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting other users’ data while testing.
