VibeGram AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://vibegram.co.in/, an AI tools marketplace where customers purchase and spend AI credits across writing, image, chat, and automation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely, hashed) when you register.
- Payment information: we never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by PayPal and/or Stripe, who collect billing details directly under their own privacy policies. We retain only order metadata (amount, date, product, order status).
- Usage data: AI credit balance, transaction history, and a log of which AI tools/models you use, when, and how many credits each call cost — needed to run the credit system and prevent abuse.
- AI prompts: when you use the Playground, Image Generator, or any AI tool, the text or instructions you submit are sent to the relevant AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to generate a response. We keep a short excerpt of each prompt in your account history so you can review past generations; we do not sell this data.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and credit balance.
- To process payments and deliver purchased credits.
- To operate AI tools on your behalf (forwarding prompts to the selected AI provider and returning results to you).
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, low-balance notices).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To improve the platform, using aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
3. Payment Processing
Purchases are handled by PayPal and/or Stripe. When you check out, you are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms in addition to ours. VibeGram AI does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
4. AI Providers & Third-Party Processing
Prompts submitted to AI tools are transmitted to the third-party AI provider that powers that specific tool or model (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, or others listed under our AI Models). Each provider processes that data under its own terms; we select providers that offer commercially reasonable data protections, but we do not control their internal retention practices. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or content you do not have the right to share into any AI tool.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for login sessions, shopping cart/checkout, security, and (where enabled) analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; see our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Prompt history is retained in your account until you delete it or close your account, after which it is permanently removed within a reasonable period.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security; see our Security Policy for more.
9. Children
VibeGram AI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
