These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibeGram (https://vibegram.co.in/), including our AI Tools directory, Playground, Image Generator, and credit-based marketplace. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vibegram.ai of any unauthorized use.
2. AI Credits
VibeGram operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased through our WooCommerce store via PayPal and/or Stripe and are added to your account balance upon successful payment. Each AI tool or model displays its credit cost before use. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation request completes successfully.
3. AI-Generated Content
Output generated using our AI tools (“AI Content”) is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing AI Content before relying on or publishing it. See our AI Content Disclaimer for important limitations. Subject to applicable law and third-party AI provider terms, you generally retain rights to use AI Content you generate, provided your use complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VibeGram to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content, and not to attempt to circumvent credit metering, reverse-engineer the platform, or abuse API access. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use any AI tool to generate content involving child sexual abuse material, content that facilitates violence or terrorism, malware, or content that infringes a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and withhold remaining credits where a serious violation is found.
6. API Usage
Where API access is offered, it is subject to rate limits and the same credit deduction rules as the standard dashboard, plus any additional terms presented at the time API access is enabled for your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The VibeGram platform, branding, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Purchasing credits does not grant you any rights to our platform code, trademarks, or content other than the AI output your credits generate.
8. Payment Terms
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are processed securely by PayPal/Stripe. You authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the credit package or subscription you select.
9. Credit Expiration
Purchased credit packages do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Promotional, bonus, or trial credits may carry an expiration date, shown in your account dashboard.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity. Where an account is terminated for cause, remaining credit balance is forfeited; where we terminate without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund of unused, unspent purchased credits at our discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeGram and its owners, employees, and AI providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI Content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and AI Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
14. Governing Law
