This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of VibeGram, including every AI tool, the Playground, and the Image Generator. It supplements our Terms of Service.
You agree not to use VibeGram to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Generate malware, phishing content, exploit code, or material intended to compromise a computer system.
- Generate content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate a real person without their consent, or generate deceptive deepfake content intended to mislead.
- Attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits, or access controls, or use automated scripts to abuse free tiers or trial credits.
- Resell or redistribute API access without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models through systematic querying (“model extraction”).
- Submit another person’s private or sensitive personal data into an AI tool without their consent.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and forfeiture of remaining credit balance, depending on severity. We may also be required to report certain illegal content (such as child sexual abuse material) to the appropriate authorities.
