Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content hosted or generated on VibeGram infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@vibegram.ai including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our platform.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user responsible.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@vibegram.ai with your contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
